Side Hustle Starter Sprint (2 x 1-hour Workshops) - A short, practical online programme for everyday Kiwis who want to turn an idea into a real side hustle.
Business idea validation (1-Day Workshop) - Great for evaluating a new product or service, business idea, entering a new market.
Business Planning (2-Day Workshop) - Great for finalising a business plan, deep diving into the business model and more.
Business Foundations (1-Day Workshop) - Great for existing businesses with possible co-funding by the Regional Business Partner Network.

Spark (3-Days)

How to give a business idea its first Spark

The SPARK of an idea is often where the business journey starts and yet to become a viable business the SPARK has to be tested. Then like building a brick wall, the business needs strong foundations and they have to be laid one brick at a time. The Bizezi 3-day SPARK programme starts with ideation and over the three days the business owner will build an understanding of the business jigsaw and landscape and especially their next steps. This programme is customised to take full advantage of the Bizezi App.

Rangatahi Hustle is a youth employability and enterprise readiness programme designed to prepare young people (18–24) for the world of work. It provides practical, out-of-the-box skills and hands-on experience that build confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving capability.

Ignite (5-Days)

Imagine activating your business idea in just 5-Day

Ignite literally is a 5-Day business intensive. It is also fun and vibrant. Over one week, participants will literally experience a business bootcamp with an outcome of a validated business idea, important business knowledge and actionable next step to get the business up and running. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of business structures, tax (compliance), sales and marketing and importantly their business model.

Activate (10-Days)

What if you could activate your business idea in just 10-Day

Over 10-days, 20-workshops, a celebration event and trade show attendees learn practical business knowledge and actionable next steps to get the business up and running. It is also fun and vibrant. Over two weeks, participants will experience a business bootcamp with an outcome of a structured 90-day project plan, a core website, a deeper understanding of their business model, business structures, tax (compliance), sales and marketing and more.
