The 90-Day Business Reset Programme is a practical, one-day, in-person workshop designed to strengthen the capability of existing small businesses.
Delivered by Bizezi and Lisa's AI Cafe, the programme gives business owners time and structure to step back, review how their business is currently operating, and develop a clear, implementable 90-day improvement plan.

The 90-Day Business Reset Programme is designed to strengthen the capability of existing business owners by helping them step back from day-to-day operations and take a structured, evidence-based look at how their business is performing.
Using the Bizezi App alongside AI-assisted analysis and guided facilitation, the programme supports participants to:
  • ​Review and clarify their current business model
  • Test assumptions about customers, value, and delivery
  • Identify strengths, risks, and priority areas for improvement
  • Translate insight into practical, achievable actions
  • The overall objective is to build management capability and commercial clarity, enabling business owners to make better decisions and take focused action over the next stage of their business journey

​Learning Outcomes

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
  • complete and refine their Business Model in the Bizezi App. 
  • Conduct a full SWOT Analysis of their current business.
  • Identify areas for immediate improvement in customer engagement and value delivery.
  • Develop an actionable short-term 90-day improvement plan.
Evidence of learning includes:
  • Completion of a Business Model Canvas.
  • SWOT Analysis.
  • A concise improvement action plan created by each participant.

How it works

During the workshop, participants are guided through proven frameworks supported by technology and facilitation, including:
  • Completion of a Business Model Canvas (BMC)
  • Completion of a SWOT analysis
  • AI-assisted analysis to surface insights and highlight focus areas
  • Translation of insights into a clear 90-day business improvement plan
All outputs are captured digitally using the Bizezi App, creating a record that participants can continue to work with after the session

  • Morning: Understanding what is
    • Reviewing the current business model, customers, channels, strengths, and challenges.
  • Afternoon: Designing what comes next
    • Using AI-assisted insight and guided facilitation to identify priorities and develop a focused 90-day action plan.
The workshop is fully facilitated, interactive, and designed to support peer learning alongside individual business reflection.

The Regional Business Partner Network helps to connect small to medium-sized businesses to the right advice, people and resources.
Funded by the New Zealand Government, the Regional Business Partner Network (RBPN) is made up of 14 regional growth agencies nationwide. In the Wellington region, that agency is WellingtonNZ’s business growth team. Their team, as with other regional agencies, work with businesses to build capability and encourage innovation.
Whether you’re facing challenges and would like help to work through them, or your business is tracking well and you’re keen to grow to the next level, there’s help on hand to help connect you to the right advice, people and resources.

What do we mean by a 90-Day
Business Reset?

Strong businesses are built on clear foundations. In this programme, participants focus on:
  • Understanding their current business model
  • Clarifying how value is created and delivered to customers
  • Identifying strengths, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Strengthening commercial and operational awareness
  • Prioritising actions that will make a real difference over the next 90 days
The emphasis is practical and grounded — focused on real businesses, real decisions, and real outcomes.

Time Committment

  • Live training: 6 hours (9:30am – 3:30pm, incl. breaks)
  • Pre-work: Register on the Bizezi App create a first cut of current business model and business SWOT. Bring key business information (e.g. customers, costs, value proposition).

Delivery Method

  • Mode: Online or In-Person interactive workshops
  • Tools: Bizezi App, slides, templates (Lifetime access to the App)
  • Engagement: Facilitator-led training, Breakouts, group chat & Q&A
  • Group Strategy: One-to-Some with a group size of 5 attendees /session. Customised regional programmes can take more attendees.
  • Support: End-of-day summaries, notes, homework
