Validating your business concept  is an important part of the entrepreneur process. Over one day, the 'Concept to Confidence' programme will introduce the small business owner to a proprietary tool called Bizezi and the module related to validating a business concept. The module helps the business owner to answer one key question "Will it work?". In the process the budding small business owner will develop business knowledge and capability to deliver a working business model driven by sustainable  growth.

​How does it work?

In Person:. Bizezi facilitators will guide business owner through the validation process to build capability and importantly, clarity on the business concept. Who is the customer, will it be viable and so mush more.

Duration: 1 x 6-hour workshop, 9:30am - 3:30pm (6 hours) 

The 90-Day Business Reset Programme is a practical, one-day, in-person workshop designed to strengthen the capability of existing small businesses.
Delivered by Bizezi and Lisa's AI Cafe, the programme gives business owners time and structure to step back, review how their business is currently operating, and develop a clear, implementable 90-day improvement plan. ​Business Reset focuses on capability uplift — helping business owners improve clarity, systems, and decision-making for sustainable growth 

How does it work?

In Person: Bizezi facilitators will guide business owners through the process of building their business capability and the business strategy. Business capability uplift can be the meaningful difference, shifting the sales needle in the right direction.
