The 90-Day Business Reset Programme is a practical, one-day, in-person workshop designed to strengthen the capability of existing small businesses.
Delivered by Bizezi and Lisa's AI Cafe, the programme gives business owners time and structure to step back, review how their business is currently operating, and develop a clear, implementable 90-day improvement plan. Business Reset focuses on capability uplift — helping businesses improve clarity, systems, and decision-making so they are better positioned for resilience, performance, and sustainable growth This form provides an opportunity to express interest to attend the Business Reset programme. Bizezi Ltd (BL) delivers small business training programmes across Aotearoa New Zealand. Since 2017, BL has delivered over 60 events supporting over 2,000 attendees to start their business journey. Who are Regional Business Partner Network (RBPN)The Regional Business Partner Network helps to connect small to medium-sized businesses to the right advice, people and resources. Funded by the New Zealand Government, the Regional Business Partner Network (RBPN) is made up of 14 regional growth agencies nationwide. As an example, in the Wellington region, that agency is WellingtonNZ’s business growth team. Their team, as with other regional agencies, work with businesses to build capability and encourage innovation.

What is one-to-some business training?One-to-some - This is conducted as a group workshop where you will learn the fundamentals of a specific business area. They tend to be short term (a day or few hours in the day). The subject matter that is covered will be based on \ Business fundamentals. These offerings are meant to uplift your capability or someone in your senior leadership team/ management teams and are often a step before diving into deeper one-to-one capability building. They offer capability at a lower price point but deliver short but impactful learnings. For these programmes, eligible businesses will be co-funded 75% of the course fee, or $75/hour (whichever is lower) and a maximum of 2 persons from each business can attend. An example of this could be a 4 hour workshop with 4 - 5 other business learning about Digital Marketing Fundamentals.
